A new addition to the Pyramid Valley Growers Collection, this is an off-dry field blend of Pinot blanc and Pinot Gris from the vineyard of Tom and Fiona Hutchison in Rapaura, Marlborough. Full bodied and very rich, this wine is true to form for Pyramid Valley, with vineyard derived yeasts giving the wine a je ne sais quois that elevates it above the melee and casts it as something truly special. If enjoying in its youth though, please decant - this really improved aromatically with time in the glass.
