Purchase Terms
In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is illegal for us to sell alcohol to any minor under the age of 18. It is also illegal for you to buy wine from us if you falsify your details in order to buy wine.  We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time. Wine cannot be sold on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

Pricing Policy
We make the best effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our site is correct. In the unforeseen event that pricing is incorrect, we reserve the right to not proceed with your order at the incorrect price. We will give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order. Prices listed on the site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST but do not include delivery costs. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

Product Availability
All products are subject to their availability and promotional items may be limited as to quantity.  If we are not able to supply the wine of our choice, we will offer to find a substitute product or give you the option of cancelling your order.

Delivery/Shipping
We will make the best endeavours to process and despatch your order as efficiently as possible.  The Wine Cellar deliver to most locations within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand. In the case that your order has been damaged in transit, we will replace your order. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds/Cancellations/Returns
Once you have placed an order on The Wine Cellar website, the order is final and cannot be cancelled unless you have our consent.  Returns for credit will be given at The Wine Cellar’s discretion, and the cost of returning the wine is the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive faulty or corked wine we will replace it for you or refund your account. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order on 0800 22 33 22 for assistance.
