At The Wine Cellar our goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders.
Once you have placed an order on The Wine Cellar website, the order is final and cannot be cancelled unless you have our consent.
Returns for credit will be given at The Wine Cellar’s discretion, and the cost of returning the wine is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you receive faulty or corked wine we will replace it for you or refund your account. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order on 0800 22 33 22 for assistance.
