Most immediately striking, when tasting, are harmony and balance: even before flavour. We always aim, with Pinot Noir, for a synchronicity of deftness, or grace, and intensity; this wine captures the effect nicely. Brambles and spice at first, then dark plum and mulberry, and a deep floral note. Sustained and sapid finish.
