There are a number of blocks of Cabernet on the Elderton estate vineyards at Nuriootpa and Craneford. Some of the best parcels from these two sites are blended to create this Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes, which are lovingly tended to by Peter Wild and his team, are mainly harvested at Baume around 13.5 - 14.5, reached with the help of our Mediterranean climate.
